At Swansea Bay REC we pride in the quality of training that we provide to external organisation on all matters relating to equality and diversity. We give below some examples of subject areas in, what is essentially, a bespoke training to suit the needs of organisations. We take great care in presenting material that is relevant to the type of organisational clients. In the past our clients have included:

  13. Role Play (an interview exposing gender and disability biases
  14. Exercise on harassment and bullying (‘Does Karen need attention?’)
  15. An exercise in effective communication
